We have recently carried out a patient survey at the practice, this started 29th November 2011 and finished on the 10th January 2012. To view the results from this survey please look at the tab on your right hand side called 'Survey Results'. The results from this survey will be dicussed with our patient reference group and any concerning issues will be addressed accordingly.
